FORCHEM MP 150 – industrial crate and parts tunnel washer

The FORCHEM MP 150 is a modular industrial tunnel washing system. While a typical application is cleaning plastic or metal crates, its configuration can be adapted for other items used in food processing, logistics and manufacturing. It is not limited to washing crates.

Which items can an MP 150 system wash?

• Crates and KLT containers: standard and non-standard returnable packaging.
• Pallets: with tunnel dimensions, conveyor and guiding adjusted to the pallet design.
• Industrial trays and blister inserts: with positioning and fixtures selected for their geometry, recesses and drainage requirements.
• Components and manufactured parts: with appropriate positioning or fixtures to provide nozzle access.

Washing technology configured for your application

Depending on the task, we adapt the tunnel dimensions, conveyor layout and speed, item guides, nozzle positioning, process zones and operating settings. The pressure pump and stainless-steel construction support demanding industrial use. Washing parameters are selected for the item's material, contamination and cleanliness target; pre-washing or additional process steps may be required for some applications.

The MP 150 is the base washing configuration. If the process also requires drying, consider the MP 150S with one drying module or the MP 150 2S with two drying modules. Automated handling can also be assessed.
